CLAIMS

Our claims department is dedicated to timely service and is committed to providing you with the resources you need to ensure that your claim is settled promptly.

In the unfortunate event that you have a loss, we provide you with the following options to report a claim:

• During the normal business hours of 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., please contact Tami Bowden at (360) 828-3748 or e-mail Tami at tami.bowden@biggsinsurance.com.

• In the event of an emergency after hours, please call our office and the answering service will contact an agent to assist you as soon as possible.

Please remember that under the terms of your policy you are required to do your best to protect your property and minimize further damage or loss.  In the event that you do not currently do business with a repair or restoration company, the following is a list of some of the companies in the area that may be able to assist you.
