The insurance companies that we represent, and insurance intermediaries who assists us in the placement of certain insurance and with transaction processing;
Third parties who need to know that information to perform services for us and our customers, such as claim investigators, appraisers, and collection agencies;
Third parties with whom we have joint marketing agreements, in order to market certain products such as life insurance;/
Lienholders or other parties who have a legal interest in your policy;

We may also receive additional compensation from insurers and intermediaries contingent on the volume, growth, retention and/or profitability of the policies that we place, or other factors. On some commercial accounts we may charge a fee directly to you.
