Tami grew up in Portland, Oregon moving to Vancouver with her husband in 1994. Her insurance career began at Nationwide Insurance where she remained for 20 years and held various positions such as Claims Record Supervisor and lastly a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Since joining Biggs Insurance in 1999 Tami has worked as a Personal Insurance Customer Service Agent, Commercial Insurance Customer Service Agent, and is currently the Agency Claims Manager.
Throughout her career Tami's focus has always been on meeting the needs of the customers through high quality customer service. In her spare time, Tami enjoys the outdoors and photography.
